Doyen in Bulgarian transport science and practice, a longtime lecturer of several generations of transport specialists. He was born in 1934 in the city. Asparuhovo, Burgas and is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers (MIIT) specialty “Railway Operation”. Creator of the specialty “Operation of railway transport” already in VMEI-Sofia, now “Technology and Management of Transport” at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. He was a lecturer in the disciplines “Organization of maneuvering and train work at stations “, “Organization and management of traffic in railway transport“, “Transport Management and Marketing“, “Operating Planning and Management Systems“, etc.. With over 50 years of scientific and teaching experience, he is the author of 16 independent and co-authored textbooks, over 200 publications and research developments and 17 rationalizations implemented in Sofia railway junction, Stara Zagora station, etc. He leads working groups on the issue to the various ministries involved in rail transport. Its graduates number more than 2,300 students , more than 30 assistants and PhD students , 4 senior research associates , 11 associate professors and 5 professors. In practice , it launches a scientific and educational which makes a significant contribution to the transport sector. This school passes several transport ministers, MPs from the National Assembly, Directors-General of the Bulgarian State Railways and private railway companies, bosses of numerous Transport companies and directorates, train station managers , shipping companies and other prominent specialists. It is distinguished by various titles, among the most prestigious are: Order “Cyril and Methodius” – I degree, ” Honorary railway man of the Bulgarian railways”, ” European railway engineer”, “Golden badge ” ” of the FNTS. In 1996, he was awarded the title of “Distinguished Leadership Personality”. That same year , his biography was published in Volume VI oft he American Biographical Institute. In 2007 he became the winner of the high honorary title “Doctor Honoris Cause” for significant scientific achievements and a significant contribution to the development and strengthening of cooperation between Todor Kableshkov University of State and Moscow State University. For more than half a century , he has been training staff and actively involved in the practical resolution of railway problems. His human and professional activities leave a deep mark in history.

Was born in 1947. in Veliko Tarnovo, in 1970 he graduated with an engineering degree from the Higher Machine Electrotechnical Institute (VMEI) specialty “Railway Operation”. In 1975. then he took a four-month training course at the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers (MIIT). He defended his dissertation on “Improving the interacting processes of rail and other modes oftransport” in 1984. scientific specialty 02.14.05. Management and operation of railway transport. His professional career began as an engineer at the Scientific Research Institute for Transport (NIIT), then assistant and assistant professor at VMEI, Associate Professor and Professor at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. A long-time lecturer with greatexperience, he trained many students and PhD students, head of the department and dean of the faculty. Author and co-author of over 90 publications and reports in scientific journals and conferences, 5 textbooks and teachingaids, over 10 participations in scientific topics and practical developments . Was born in 1950 in Sofia, in 1974 he graduated with an engineering degree in engineering at the Higher Machine Electrotechnical Institute (VMEI) specializing in railway operation. In 1993 he acquired a Master degree for 2nd higher qualification level and additional professional training in Marketing and Management-second specialty “Manager” to Bulgarian -French Center “MARCOM” – Sofia, Bulgaria. In 1993-1994 he specialized in ” Institute of Business Administration” at the University of Nice – France, where he acquired a master’s degree DESS-CAAE ( analogue of MBA – business administration). He defended his dissertation on “Selecting optimal parameters and determining the reliability of train stations and adjacent sections” in 1997. scientific specialty 02.14.05. Management and operation of railway transport. His professional career began as an engineer at the Institute of Railway Exploitation, Sofia (1974-76). Technical University),he is then assistant professor and professor at Todor Kableshkov University of Technology. A long-time teacher with great experience, he trained many students and PhD students, deputy head and head of the department. He has worked as a trustee, consultant, expert and head of real projects related to infrastructure and transport management. He has numerous participations in advisory councils, organizing committees, scientific juries, associations of teachers and experts. He was awarded the honorary award for overall educational activity – Lecturer of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport.

Was born in 1961 in Sofia, in 1986 he graduated with an engineering degree from the Higher Machine Electrotechnical Institute (VMEI) specializing in railway operation. In 1990 he was a specialization at the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers (MIIT). He defended his dissertation on “Forecasting and managing the processing of wagons on the railway network” in 2004. scientific specialty 02.14.05. Management and operation of railway transport. His professional career began as a constructor engineer and then research associate III in “Industry Research Laboratory for Railway Operation ” at “Scientific – Research Sector” at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, then assistant professor, Assistant Professor and Professor at Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. A long-time lecturer with great experience , he trained many students and PhD students, deputy head of the department, deputy dean and dean of the faculty. Author and co-author of over 110 publications and reports in scientific journals and conferences, 17 textbooks and teaching aids, over 80 participations in scientific topics and practical development, there are 26 implemented developments in practice (18) and the learning process (8). He teaches disciplines in the fields of Technology and Transport Management“, “Transport Planning“, “Theory of Transport Flows“, “ Forecasting transport flows and traffic “, “Exploration of transport operations“, “Marketing“, “Basics of Management“, “Transport Management and Marketing“, “Logistics“, “ Design and management of logistics circuits “, “Automated transport management systems“, “ Property modeling of transport systems and processes“, “ Project Management “, “Project Management and Financial Engineering “, etc.. For the period 2010-2021 he was a lecturer ( Associate Professor and Professor)in the Department of Transport Economics at the University of National and World Economy. In 2008-2009 he was Deputy Director of the Department “Train and Capacity Management “at the National Railway Infrastructure Company. He has worked privately as a consultant, expert and head of real projects related to infrastructure and railway management. He has numerous participations in advisory councils, organizing committees , scientific juries, associations of teachers and experts. Actual member (academic) of the “International Academy of Life Protection”. He was awarded the honorary award for overall educational activity – Lecturer of Todor Kableshkov University of Transport.
